  Optus Queanbeyan looks fresh, but service can be lacking.
  
  The store is fresh, thanks to being part of the Optus 'Yes' concept store refresh. There's a bunch of nicely presented devices out for display that you can play with.
  
  A good selection of accessories but overpriced. Check out the accessory stores sprinkled throughout Riverside Plaza for more range and cheaper prices.
  
  Staff are far from friendly or helpful and this includes the manager. If you know exactly what you want, it works but if you're clueless they don't want to know.
  
  As part of Riverside Plaza there's a fair bit of parking but you can find it busy in peak times around the end of the day or on weekends. There's both underground and above ground parking available, so have a look at both.
